Who owns the devices?

daXos does. The Hub, The Load and The Vehicle ship with the subscription, are replaced at year 4 at no cost, and come back to us if you stop. You are paying for the data, not the box.

What does the 12-month commitment buy?

Waives the $20 / asset install.
Hardware, telecom and the 4-year refresh are included either way.

Are API and MCP access really free?

They are part of The Hub's base rate. Never sold separately.

How does the free trial relate to this?

Five Hubs and the free standard dashboard on your own routes, $0 for four weeks. Converts at week 4 to $50 / month unless you cancel — no setup fee. Details →
