If you cannot get into the billing portal, tell us here and we will email the address on the account to confirm it was you. We do not stop a subscription until that confirmation comes back — which is what stops anyone else ending your service by typing your company name.
What happens next
- We email the address on the account to confirm the request came from you. Nothing stops until you click that link.
- The subscription stops at the end of the billing month in progress. That month is not refunded; nothing after it is charged.
- We arrange and pay for collection of The Hub, The Load and The Vehicle. You have thirty days to make them available.
- You can export your data for thirty days after the end.
